Celebrating 250 Years Happy Fourth of July Independence Day

Bronco Families,

What can you create with a few cardboard boxes, a little imagination, and some quality time together?

This summer, we're inviting every Bronco family to participate in our very first Bozman Cardboard Challenge!

From July 1 through August 1, we encourage you to gather your family, collect some cardboard, and create something amazing together. Whether it's a rocket ship, robot, castle, race car, dinosaur, treehouse, invention, or something completely original, we want to see your creativity come to life!

Our goal isn't to see who builds the biggest or fanciest project. Our goal is to encourage families to unplug for a little while, spend meaningful time together, solve problems, laugh, create memories, and remind our Broncos that imagination has no limits.

Challenge Guidelines

• Build your creation between July 1 and August 1

• Projects should be made primarily from cardboard.

• Projects must be school appropriate.

• Projects must fit through a standard school doorway.

Drop-Off Week

Bring your completed creation to Bozman Intermediate during the week of August 3 through August 7.

Community Showcase

All projects will be proudly displayed during Meet the Teacher on:

Saturday, August 8

9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

We can't wait for our entire Bronco community to celebrate the creativity of our students and families!

Watch My Invitation Video!

I'd love to personally invite you to participate and share why this challenge means so much to our Bozman family.

Bronco Families,

As another incredible school year comes to a close, we simply want to say thank you.

Thank you for trusting us with your children each day. Thank you for the early mornings, the homework help, the encouragement at home, the support at our events, and the partnership you have shown throughout the year. Behind every successful Bronco is a family cheering them on, and we are grateful to walk alongside you in that journey.

This year was filled with growth, laughter, challenges, accomplishments, memories, and moments that reminded us what makes the Bozman Family so special. Our students learned more than academics this year. They learned resilience, confidence, friendship, and what it means to belong to something bigger than themselves.

To our 6th graders, we are proud of the young leaders you are becoming. Once a Bronco, always a Bronco.

To our incoming 5th graders and families, we cannot wait to welcome you into the Bronco Family. Your journey is just beginning, and we are excited for all that is ahead.

As summer begins, we hope your family finds time to rest, laugh, reconnect, and create meaningful memories together. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your child’s story this year.

Happy Summer, Broncos! We love and appreciate our Bozman community more than words can express.

Bronco Families,

As we prepare for our upcoming Awards Day ceremonies, we want to ensure a safe, organized, and smooth check-in and check-out process for all families.

Please review the following important procedures:

• Entry and exit for Awards Day will take place through the front of the school only. Check-in will begin at 8:30 a.m.

• Please do not block the front entry, fire lanes, or crosswalks while arriving or waiting for the event.

• We will have two designated table areas:

* One table area for student check-in and student check-out
* One table area for awards ceremony attendance only

• For student safety and security, only one parent/guardian will be permitted to check out a student. Additional family members will be asked to remain in the foyer or outside of the building following the ceremony.

• Parents and guests will not be permitted to enter classrooms. Approved adults may pick up students outside of the classroom area after completing the checkout process.

• Classroom teachers will have a sign-out sheet for homeroom students. Parents/guardians must provide the yellow or pink checkout slip received at the checkout table before signing out their student.

• Any individual checking out a student must be listed in View-It and must present a valid physical photo ID. Phone pictures or digital copies of IDs will not be accepted.

• All guests attending the Awards Day event must present a physical ID in order to enter the building.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and partnership as we work together to keep all students safe while celebrating our Broncos.

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Bronco Families,

We are excited to celebrate our Broncos during Friday’s awards ceremonies!

5th Grade Awards Ceremony: 9:30 a.m.
6th Grade Awards Ceremony: 11:00 a.m.

We will pause briefly for each learning community during the ceremonies in the event parents would like to check their students out early following recognition. Early dismissal on Friday will begin at 12:50 p.m.

Please note that the awards ceremonies are invite only, and all invitations have already been sent out. If you have any questions regarding your student’s participation, please contact your child’s homeroom teacher directly.

I also want to personally share that my daughter, Grace, will be graduating from kindergarten on Friday morning. Like many of our Bronco families, I am excited to see her walk across the stage in her little cap and gown for such a special milestone. Because of this, our amazing assistant principals will take the lead during the 5th grade awards ceremony, and I will return in time to celebrate with our 6th grade students and families.

Thank you all for your understanding, support, and partnership throughout this school year. We look forward to seeing everyone soon as we celebrate our students together!

Bronco Families,

To keep our Broncos safe, we are conducting a rainy-day dismissal today. Students who normally walk or ride their bikes to the Cliffstone Hills neighborhood must be picked up at the car rider dismissal line. We will also start the car rider dismissal a few minutes early. Please remember that we are having Bronco Round-up today. Student pick-up will be a challenge from 2:30p-3:00p due to the event and may create a longer wait time..

Thank you for your support and understanding as we work to keep all students safe while getting them home.

Bronco Families,

We are closely monitoring the weather for tomorrow’s Bronco Round-Up scheduled from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM. To ensure the safety of our students and staff, we have made the decision to move the event indoors.

Instead of the soccer fields, all activities will now take place in the gym. Teachers and volunteers will be stationed in the gym to provide supervision, support, and promote a safe environment for all students.

We are excited to celebrate our Broncos and wrap up our final Bronco Round-Up of the year in a way that is both safe and full of fun.

Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to a great afternoon together!
