Registration

Registration Process for new students to Bozman have changed.

Appointments are now required, there is a video and a couple of forms for the parents and student to fill out.

Please make sure to complete the online process first on the Conroe ISD website.

• Parents/Students
• Enrollments and Transfers
• Select New Student Registration (strictly new to Conroe ISD) or Verification of Student Registration (these are students transferring from a Conroe ISD campus)

Please have the following items on hand for enrollment:

Parents/Guardians:

• Parent/Guardian Valid State ID (Military ID is accepted)
• Proof of Residence
  • Must be a purchasing or lease agreement or a current utility bill (ex: light, water or gas)

Child’s:

• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Immunization Record
